Before joining DMG & Associates, Michelle held senior leadership roles in many different industries, where she led complex operational transformations and scaled teams during periods of rapid growth. Siva
Siva is an experienced IT Manager with a strong track record of leading technology teams, streamlining infrastructure, and delivering reliable, scalable IT solutions. With over 7 years in the information technology field, he brings deep expertise in systems administration, network architecture, cybersecurity, and IT service management.
At the core of Siva’s approach is a focus on operational efficiency, security, and aligning IT strategies with business goals. He is known for building high-performing teams, managing complex projects from concept to completion, and implementing solutions that improve performance while reducing costs.
Prior to his current role, Siva held key IT leadership positions at many companies, where he successfully oversaw major system upgrades, cloud migrations, and enterprise-level support operations.
Siva holds certifications in ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, AWS, etc. and stays current with emerging technologies to ensure his teams remain adaptive and future-ready.
